Its also one of the biggest muscle groups in your body and will release a large amount of HGH into your body. yeah my boy was telling me that a while back. when i had a regular routine of training i would do basic legs exercises but always slacked on squats. the same dude kept insisting i did them and when i started training with him i had no choice. honestly, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. god, i need to get back in the gym. bowflex ain't cutting it.
