Crave was born as Jaimee Foxworthy in Belleville, Illinois, on December 17, 1979. The daughter of talent agent Gwynn Foxx, Jaimee got into show biz at a young age. Using the shortened version of her name, Jaimee Foxworth, she started appearing in TV and print ads at the age of five, and in 1989 she landed a role on the TV sitcom 'Family Matters.'

Jaimee appeared on the show until 1993, when her mother's demands for more money and the burgeoning popularity of the show's nerdy Urkel led to Jaimee's character being written out of the show. She drifted away from the acting scene, graduating from Burbank High School in 1998.

Jaimee had counted on her childhood earnings to be there for her when she turned twenty, as she had a trust fund set up for just that purpose. Unfortunately, her family went bankrupt when she was nineteen, and they successfully petitioned the court to allow them to get at Jaimee's $500,000 in trust find cash. By the time Jaimee turned twenty, there was nothing left.

Broke and without any mainstream acting roles, Jaimee turned to porn.

I got mixed up with the wrong crowd and got caught up in the money. My girlfriend, who was also a porn star herself, turned to me and simply stated that she was a whore and would always be a whore. But something snapped in my head. I said, “ Well, you may be a whore but I'm not. That's it. Let me out of the car. I'm never doing this again. And I didn't!"

"Alcohol helped. I'd do my thing for about 30 minutes, pretty much just one scene, and then the producers would cut me a check. In 30 minutes I was $15,000 richer. The money was great, but it was starting to wear on me, wear on my conscience. To be honest, I enjoyed the money more than I enjoyed the sex. But now I'm done with being Crave. I haven't done a movie in a while. It's all behind me now. I'm more religious and I'm focusing on serious acting again.

"When my mom found out what I had been doing, I'm glad she didn't judge me. I'm still young with a bright future ahead of me. I'm glad my mistakes are behind me now."

"It was a hard adjustment, I didn't really have any friends and people seem to think you're rich because they've seen you on TV, but actually, I wasn't. I never saw a cent of the money I'd earned on 'Family Matters. When I turned 20 my family filed for bankruptcy and a judge allowed my money from my trust fund to go toward bailing the family of out of debt. All of my money went to cover the bankruptcy. I couldn't believe it. In an instant I was dead broke.'"
