The Gospel Of Thomas. Thomas was a guy who actually wrote about a living person he knew named Jesus (or Joshua) while the guy was alive and doing his thing. there were no miracles, and there was no resurection, but there was a very simple code of living that made people think about doing the right thing. This didn't vibe with the people a few hundred years later who "wrote" the bible as we know it. His name 'Thomas' was even turned into 'Judas'. Sound familiar? Politics are man's second original sin. so yeah, If anyone is into a version of the bible that been proven to be older than the bible as we know it, and one that doesn't get so preachy, but sounds more like you'd expect, check it out. 'The Gospel of Thomas' oh yeah.... it's not a long book. it's like 30 pages of quotes from the man himself. easy reading. side note: Thomas Jefferson took a copy of the bible and cut out all the impossible miracles. There was no water to wine, or rising from the dead, just the teaching of a mortal man. The similarities between Thomas jefferson and the Gospel of Thomas is amazing. Oh... and 'Thomas' in ancient armenian means 'twin'. Think about it!
Ski Mask
I think the reason people are throwing a fit about it isn't because it ruins the story, but because so much of the press has been based on it being 100% real. he's out there promoting the book by going on opera and crying about all the hard problems he's gone through, all that time in jail, etc. thats bullshit. mackfatsoe
I guess it's kind of disapointing that a lot of the book was exageration, but I still really liked it, and I'm still gonna read the next one, so whatever.

Quoted post I don't know man - the authors you mentioned made clear by the over the top style they chose that what they were saying always had to be taken with a grain of salt...though when they wrote they were mostly writing as if on drugs and thus it was all good People who do dirt either just put it out and say 'fuck it, I did it, so what' or as many a coke snorting crab slut banging 12oz member does, they make it funny or ridiculous - but when someone fronts, and the card they tried to pass as the truth is pulled like a draw four wild card in Uno - you basicly look like a bitch who couldn't maintain on your own rep so you made up our resume to get a ghetto pass....or in this case an Oprah pass ...
