jsen
hey what kinda board do u use for ur stencils and how long does it take u about? bad ass stencils! Regular poster boards. I tape them together then grid the drawing and the poster boards. I got the 6ft stencils down to about 13 hours, start to finish. the smaller 5 ft. one was about 6 hours. jsen
how did u do the splotchy part of the backround? I just dripped the paint in the blue color of the stencil and the white, then I misted the spa blue back over it to make it softer.

-KARMA-
stereos are overdone but those decks are very nice. Im really diggin the second one. it looks original and like a pain in the ass to cut
seven13
Like I said before I dont give a shit if stereos or ghetto blasters or whatever in the hell there you want to call them are played out. This is my own personal stereo not a pic from the fuckin web and certainly not no image from a band album. Ive never seen a ghetto blaster done in a seven layer. The rest are all done in a 2-5 layer stencil. This is a crapy photo and I will take another one if you dont believe its a seven layer. No angst towards you Karma, just throwing it out there. Thanks for the feedback though!
-KARMA-
If i sounded like i meant that that radio was bad thats not what i meant. It looks awesome and i have never seen one in such detail. Ive just seen so many stereos. That second deck mustve taken a while, it'd have to be a small stencil. Is that a 7.5 deck?
seven13
Yeah I think so, he told me that it was a "black deck" whatever that means? It was kinda hard due to its bend.
-KARMA-
yeah, probably a blank deck. I'm gonna stencil some for myself sometime.
