The lobster came out perfect and I served it with a sphere of garlic mashed potatoes with a melted parmesan crust, lightly buttered prawns and aspargus crowns with a balsamic vinegar reduction. Cap it off with a bottle of good white wine, some Frank Sinatra in the background and doznes of candles lighting the room. Afterwards it was a soak in the tub with the lady to the tune of a bottle of champagne and some 420, more candles... Off to the bedroom...massages, more bluntage and then, well, your buddy lens culminated the night with the big payoff.
