Quoted post [/b] i took a part in building one prototype with a japanese group that does custom bikes, the one above in the photo on the street is it. it had to be reduced from the actual scale , you can search for pics on the net, you'll immediately notice teh simple fact that the rider sits higher up than kaneda does in the film, however, i have a new piece in the works that should be to scale, and they aren't a gazillion dollars, more like a quarter of a million... keep this thread moving, please, thankyou. edit: i also wanted to note to you fellows, teh bike in the film is said to boast 200hp, the prototype was running about 80hp, the new model in the works should be up around the proposed 200.
