This sentence could be rearranged into something fantastic.

This is easily one of the stupidest arguments I ever heard. Bruce Lee would render "Iron Mike" down to salsa.

I read a book on him once, and he was eaily one of the best fighters that had ever lived. Dude was so fast, powerful and focused that he was unstoppable. When he first got into acting, before developing his skills to unheard of levels, he actaully had to slow down for the camera because his arms and legs were just a blur on the film. In one of his movies he kicked a guy so hard that he flew 10 feet and broke four of his ribs through a bag. I think it's Return Of The Dragon.

Mike Tyson, in his prime, would last about 3 seconds in a UFC match. You guys much not watch much of that shit, because the guys in it are pure savages. Completely unfit to live amongst other humans.

A lot of people think Bruce Lee is fast but weak. He's not. I saw him punch through someone's stomach before. True story. Seriously though, watch the interview clip with him in it though, did you see the kick that sent the guy flying? Or him working the one inch punch? check it.

to the dude who said something along the lines of lee not having as much power as tyson.....hahahha. yeah, ok. just ask any martial arts master, pick up any martial arts book, and its flooded with how lee could send someone flying literally 10 feet with one punch/kick. your forgetting about the mentality of lee, which is way beyond all of our heads.

go read "zen in the martial arts" by joe hyams..short book, awesome stories of how lee would just destroy people with on hit.

Yeah dude, a fucking Bruce Lee fart can knock down buildings too.

I've heard too much about his crazy antics punching people and sending them hangliding but seen nothing. Stupid fast, yes. But a punch that would send someone flying 10 feet? Link plz.

edit: if your in a bookstore, check out said book, page 121, entitled "the power of focus." it tells about one of the instances of lee demonsrating the one inch punch on somone far larger then him.

u guys think that speed and strength cant coexist or something?

this guy would break tysons face open. just cuz hes small doesnt mean hes not a monster

he literally trained all his life to fight. 24/7 nothing but martial arts

not exactly true.

studying psychology and philosophy doesn't exactly count as martial arts,

even though many concepts can be cross applied. Gogen Yamaguchi was

the head of the Goju karate system, a high ranked judo black belt and

a shinto preist. Eventually the line between martial artist and priest blured.

That's something that happens with only the highest mastery of the art.

some old masters would have given Bruce a run for his money,

despite being part of the 'unflexible tradition' thing that Bruce hated.

Gogen Yamaguchi fought a tiger and won.

Mas Oyama punched out a bull, and I doubt even Tyson could do that.
