Frida Kaloe Posted October 31, 2001 Share Posted October 31, 2001 so sunday night was the misfts 25th anniversary (didnt they just have one last spring?) the only original misifits memeber on the stage was jerry only and he looked about 45yrs old. his arms were the size of my head. and he was dressed super glam rock. it was amazing now i know i know, misfits suck now because danzig is gone and what what, but it was a different experience and its own sort of fun. they played 10 old misfits songs, 10 black flag songs, 10 ramones songs, and 10 new misfits songs. in between songs jerry had has back dried off by stage crew with terry cloth towels. there were fake ampilfiers on the stage and big skulls, gargoyles, and a jack-o-lanturn that they threw at the crowd. i highly recomend checking out this tour if it comes to your area. (even if it is just for mullet spotting) now what you ask could possibly top this for halloween? advocate, backstabbers inc, the dedication, 5ive, cable, as the sun sets, and surprise guest.... converge. beautiful.
