Sweatpants and missing shoes are some kind of crack ho uniform, out here. The TL and Capp Street in SF definitely have that flavor, too. My girl lived in a ground floor apartment on 18th and Capp for a minute...we'd turn out the lights and watch crack hos doing that depraved crack ho shuffle. Called it "crack ho tv..." Krill Kong used flood our bathroom every other week because she was doing laundry in the back of the toilet (don't ask).
