Not so much threadworthy so here I bump. I'm not a vegetarian.

I eat chicken and fish and until recently red meat and pork. What i just realized

is I cant remember the last time I had any red meat. I realize pork is

considered "the other white meat" or some shit like that but i cant remember

the last time i had any of that either.

I have always had an aversion to the whole concept of animals manufactured

for consumption. I ate what i liked and tried to ignore the procurement process.

Whats strange about this is I never declared to myself that i was going to stop

eating it. Like in the process of quitting smoking, drinking or any other vice. I just

stopped and forgot to eat it. I was sitting around thinkin about what to eat

a few minutes ago and it dawned on me. Its been months. Several months...

Atleast 3 since i had anything red meat or with red meat in it. Strange.

I suppose I will keep it up... I wonder if it was my subconscious.

I haven't eaten meat for years but a few years back I decided to eat a gyro with chicken in it. I've never felt pain like that before.

thats because of all meats to pic, you chose one that sits out at room temperature with no cover or protection on it, whilst flys and whatever other bacteria decides to grow hangs out until the outer layer of disgustingness is shaved off and made into your gyro.

wonder why you got sick, really?

I come from a pretty solid italian background...in my family if you don't eat meat, your are probably a finnoch...

though in cultural anthropology i did learn that hunter gatherer cultures that live in jungles and so forth are actually much healthier and often disease free...though they are tiny little fucks.

p.s.

Lamb gyros are the fucking shit.

i've been eating a lot of fish. Couple cans of tuna.

every day. What i do is chop up like 5 green olives

and a couple celery sticks into the tuna and put a drop

of olive oil mayo on it and a bit of hotsauce.

Couple slices of aged cheddar on toasted white.

The green stuff stretches the

tuna far enough to make 2 sandwiches and

have some left over for scoops.

So yea if you like olives, tuna and celery.
