Chewie
Has anyone ever had any problems developing their graf photos? Do the people who actually develop them in the shop see the images and if so can they flag up ones which are suspicious - i.e anything looking criminal? how do people get photo's of yardshots etc developed? Is there any way pictures taken to be developed can be used as evidence against you, even if they aren't yours and have been sourced from the internet for example? digitsone.
if you see a cop car outside the photoplace...you know whats up. and if your in action there might be problems try to stick to shops where they dont care or dont have a clue...ie cheaper shops
pugsly
you can take umm to a shop just like you would a family photograph...remember they got no proof that you did the pieces, tag, throw ups etc.....last time i check wasn't illegal to photograph graffiti....best thing to say is your an art student or media student doing a project on graffiti and its culture....with the media one they cant do a thing because other wise they would press charges against all the graf video makers....i forgoten what they call it.....anyway point is they cant prove it was you so you should be just fine.......i aint ever had a problem.....and if you do just be calm and say the above.... (but avoid taking a film with pictures of people possing for obvious reasons)
InDY_500
Ive heard most places dont really trip as long as there aint no porn type stuff on there... I use to get mad pics developed but I finally upgraded to the digi, best investment.. Better then poppin off $10.00 or so everytime i had to get flickers.. Plus you dont have to take multiple pics to make sure your work comes out cause you can see right then and there...
pugsly
if fact does no one else find that a real photo comes off better than a digi one?
CACashRefund
i dont print my photos, i just store and share that shit digitally. If you want hard copies of photos go for regular film.
InDY_500
Im right with you sir, ever since I upgraded all my flickers are digital but I like to have hardcopies so I just take a select few over to Walgreens and pay the 27cents... Its worth it...

trackstand
I love printing my digital photos. Great photos, and 25 cents per photo? Can't beat that. Never give your real info, be mannered when dealing with the photo staff, and if you can go through a friend or aquaintance that works at a photo lab. It all depends what the flicks are of, if you have 10 photos all same name, than you should be a little weary. Here is an honest hint: young black girl. Not being racist, but I've never even gotten looked at funny picking my photos up. Once I was developing some freight photos off of a disposable at a major drugstore and the woman said to me "did you paint those?". I just gave her that cold, stern, mind your fucking business look and replyed by saying "No I did not." and that was that.

Quoted post that last part was classic... :haha: ....but maybe she was showing genuine interest?tho i doubt it very much..... and i still think a digi is best for a quick photo, but i stand by my om-10 for a real photo..... sunrise red
digital pics are good for 3 reasons. 1) you are gauranteed your shot 2) you can take as many pictures as you want 3) there are no developing hasles However, nothing beats film (if your paying for good quality developing). Film is so organic looking and captures the light far better than digital photographs. If your really keen on digital quality, you can take your hard copy negatives and scan them to your computer using a negative scanner. That is the number one method for quality. You have ur hard copy negative, but ur digitized print that you developed on the comp yourself, with total control.

ASER1NE
I actually thought about this awhile back before i got a digital camera and tho i doubt police or vandal squad would actually start tracking all photos that get developed they COULD. Anyway go digital its the way to go . I heard some places in the states have self developing machines ( ie you put them in this machine and they pop out, no middle man looking at your pics) but ive yet to ever see one or know anyone who has either ..............? icarus
I worked at a CVS photolal as a supervisor for years. Unless the photograph itself is illegal (kiddie porn, identity theft, etc.), you're in the clear. There aint any proof you did what you flicked. master bait
I heard that if cops get your digital camera, they can revive all the flicks taken with it. Im not sure how true this is, but I wouldn't flick those kiddies with an electric camera naamsayin'

Guest spectr
I always have the hookup... so i don't worry... My advice to you is to get a hook up... learn how to develop your own photos... or take them using a digi... Oh and I have had photos jacked when taking them places to get developed... I have heard stories of the cops getting called as well... so beware where you take them... and always leave a fake name... maybe bring in a bunch of cameras with different shit on them at once, that way you can always claim you never had any idea what was on the rolls of film, you just found them sitting around your house... if the cops do get called... but overall i wouldn't worry unless you are getting photos with your mug up in em doing shit developed...
