All I saw on the news was she got zapped while talking on the phone... So my immediate reaction was "That's fucked up!" Then I heard that she was swinging at the officer.... So then I thought well yeah she needs to be restained but that still doesn't justify zapping her ass. But in light of new evidence brought forth it seems things are more in her favor again.
