DRUNKEN-ASSHOLE-ONER
LOL tight pants. Can people really skate in those? I imagine your movements would be severely restricted. And not to mention the squeeze on your nuts. That's what I'm sayin. Not to mention where do they put their wallet, keys, cellphone, markers etc.?

For Placement Only
Word the fuck up. A good miniramp is like my favorite shit. Who's the guy with the trucker hat killing it in that contest? pretty sure that was appleyard. dudes got lots of nollie biggie variations. on the topic of baggy pants vs. tight pants and the restrictions on skating. baggy pants can be just as restricting to skating as tight pants. i used to rock a lot of guess, and polo shit back in highschool saggin the shit out of them like gideon choi and kareem, with my axion shoes and a polo, but id be stepping all over the backs of the jeans and my belt was pretty non existant other than just having one thru the loops. it made skating hard, but i did it cause i liked the way it looked. fast forward to now. i wear jeans that fit me, and dont sag them as much, you can say that they are tighter, but i def can skate easier in them. most of my jeans have 1% stretch and it makes it ten times easier with that shit in them. to reference, i can wear 32x32 Levi 501s to Reynolds Alameda fit Altamont jeans. when i used to wear 36x34 in highschool. and there are plenty of kids out there who can skate with whatver on. painted on jeans like a wassup rocker, or falling off like some canadian red dragons kid. same shit, just depends on your preference. hatetown
if they started wearing tight pants and really small ass t-shirts of some electro-grind-thrash-pop band, you'd probably still be thinkin they aint hipsters.
ohnoone
ok enough of that tightpants debate. heres some easter weekend spots. this one isnt really new, but they got hella security and ive never been able to skate it, so easter seemed like a good shot .. this shit is gnarly though. you need big wheels/balls to even think about this shit. . this spot ive had my eye on forever, but the location sucks. shit is right next to the main highway. but we finally gave it a shot. pretty fun but no good pictures came of it. BUT this goose did roll up and let us know whose spot it really was. i was scared for a minute for real. who knew that geese can hiss so loud. bruised ass we also found one more spot thats pretty nice, but no pictures, i think theres some local lurkers on here and i cant give away all my secrets. enigmatic
So. Im thinking its about time to learn how to skate transition. I can drop in and kick turn. Thats it. Theres a mini ramp in my town but id rather not make a fool out of myself in front of the locals (at The Underground in boston) but my homie might build one... Which would be sick. so tricks to get down rock to fakie, rock to pivot, pivot to fakie, 50-50. 5-0. blunt to fakie. smith. backside disaster. pop-rock. and then I want to put it all together nice and steezy. How long did it take anyone to get basic transition down?
Guest YEAHMANWORD
Unless you have a stick body and weigh 120 lbs, 34 is tight. Just because it's not spandex jeans don't mean the shit aint tight. You're the one with the weird ideas about what's not tight and what's "super baggy". Lol bro get off the fuckin crack pipe. I'm wearing 34 X 34's right now. I 6 feet tall and weigh 210 and weighed 225 when I bought the pants. They are by no stretch of the imagination tight. I just started skating again after not touching a board for 4 years. The job I have now gives me a ton of free time at odd hours and I need to do something more productive than napping.

I'm sure you'll figure that out for yourself though. Can't say I've ever even seen anybody do a rock to pivot. I'm gonna have to try that one out next time I skate a mini. And what the hell is a "pop-rock"?
