Yeah some gubbament shit is right. Well I was meant to be there at 12:45pm, half an hour before my scheduled interview as there was some sort of test I was meant to do. So me knowing the city, I get there around 12:10pm, and then proceed to wait in this one room for ages, then in the office entry for even longer, and finally get to sit the test at 1:20pm. So I do this test, which was just analysing the significant points as if I was writing a bulletin for the minister to read. I think I went a little overboard, as she only wanted 3/4 of a page and I wrote a page and a hlaf, but she left me there longer than a half an hour. Then the verbal interview, I killed it in relation to workplace communication questions, also did all right on policy implications but my damn theory questions I blew it. I just drew a mental blank at one scenario they posed to me, but I think I did enough throughout the rest of the interview to hopefully score the gig. I find out in 3 weeks, and if I get it, they are flexible in allowing me to start anytime between asap and next Feb, so I can travel if I want. If I score it (and therefore know what my future income will be) I might head to the states and drink with some of you other Team Alco members. How does that sound?
