the ones with the bigger gaps between the ridges are NY FATS

rusto fats are the ones with inset orange dots that usually only work on rustoleum cans

ny fats=black dot usually.

the cut in the stem on a rusto fat is shorter and wider, so it wont leak with rusto. the one on a ny fat is a big longer but skinnyer, so it will work better with the valves on other paint, like shitcans

brown dot rusto fats are softer but similar, you can rack them off bedding spray cans.

which is like niagra that they used to com eon.

White cap black dot - Skinny

White cap grey dot - Super Skinny

Grey banana black dot - Soft (dope for tags i find)

Black banana grey dot - Super Soft

White cap pink dot - Fat

White cap orange dot - Super fat, probably 2 fingers wider than pink.

Silver cap black dot - Soft and fat, great for anything.

Those are the only ones i ever use. The other euro caps are really gimmicky: Italic caps, and just tweaked versions of the above.

what about those biege dots that german montana makes?

like, compared to grey dots?

ive always wanted to try them, but they dont come cheap most places.

i got a dope product for cleaning caps, let me try to get a flick.

works great, but its a male can so you have to spray it in a bottle/container/dish filled with caps.

i spray some on a clogged gold dot and some ny thins, just let them sit in an old can lid until most of the cleaner evaporated. then used it, they both spray fine now.

thanks, but what do u mean by arrow? and also are u sure it works with gold dots cause there thin as, like i can usually unclog blues and greys with metho, but not gold dotts although havent tried nail polish remover yet

cheers

haha

i typed arrow because i was watching robin hood men in tights at the time

i meant to say air

im not sure about golds

ive used it the technique on grey dots and they worked fine though

The paint comes out less brutal. The spray is in my opinion a bit quieter, and bit neater, and i get way more can control, for flares and bends etc.

Think of it as the difference between a bare-knuckle fight and a glove-fight. Same factors, except one is less 'in your face'
