If he is just talkin about a sub station or police lot, then it's probably chill at night. and they do leave keys in vehicles like that. It's very common and some niggahs are just stupid like some niggahs are toy. But that's mad dope. If somebody left the key and I caught a spot like that I'd hope to be smart enough to keep the key, break it off, or ruin the wiring on the controls. Got to keep the spot running.
