resik, if you dont get deadly simple, im talking simpler than the lions and raels pieces, you will not progress, i can vouch for that 100 percent. if you just sketch for at least 1/2 hour every day, preferably more, you can make so much progress and look back at this and be surprised at what you were putting out.

people like raels have such strong letters, they dont need extensions and all other fancy effects. work on getting your letters that strong because if it looks bad without extensions, its not going to look god with them.

a tip to a lot of people here, you dont know how to use extensions, you will learn in time, as of now you have no idea and the way to learn is understand the flow of letters better. extensions are extending the letter, so they should flow with it.

runci, shit looks good. you should really try painting man

dont force connections like that last one...you killed the s and the k with that....

but when i look at your simple letters you can work with those you have now.

also define a bottom and top reference point....keep them relatively even.

lastly, dont try to do nifty 3d off the batt. the simple straight back or forward will do...

post more.

just found a good piece of advice ill post here.

"But as for the peices, start of way simplier than that. just go basic letters. take a letter and make all the lines thicker then outline it. and Tada, a straight letter.

Then from these letters progress to putting some funk into em. Once you get the whole concept behind how letters work you can branch into whatever style suits ya."
