ElleGenie
I'm a huge fan of illustrations and I've come across quite a few inspirational illustrators so I thought I'd share. Feel free to contribute as well! I've been a fan of this dude for quite some time and I think his shit is off the hook! These images are from a comic book he has coming out and also some random illustrations.. I believe these were all produced with ink on illustration board. Characters from the comic And these are a few other random illustrations I'll post up some other artists later.

fermentor666
I enjoy Darick Robertson's work on Transmetropolitan quite a bit, and his Wolverine work is good, too (although it seems he stopped drawing that one). The guy draws Wolverine at correct, runtish height which is rare. Transmetropolitan is one of the best comics in existence. Here's some sketches:

fermentor666
I dunno why, but 12oz isn't letting me edit that post so if a mod could delete it that would be cool. It's giving me the login thing now and yeah it's a pain in the ass to have that pop up 6 times, sorry. Anyway, yeah Jhonen Vasquez is the cheesenips:

fermentor666
More of Darick Robertson. If you like his work, you can check out his run on the current Wolverine title, starting from issue #1. But Transmetropolitan is his best stuff along with the inking of Rodney Ramos.
fermentor666
Alex Maleev is a really good artist who works on Daredevil, among other books. I don't usually get Daredevil because I don't want to spend the extra cash but it's a pretty good series. Hopefully these links will stay up. Joker
http://www.tiffanybozic.net Geoff Darrow is by far my all time favorite illustrator. And I'm not even a fan of the comic book scene. His work though...
