deformatron
Hey, i dont want to jinx a good thing, but has it occured to anyone else that as the freight lines become more and more bombed out that companies will begin buffing cars until theyre undoable? Ive already heard talk of companies buffing regularly, and from what ive seen Rail Box seems to be keeping their cars buffed. Anyone?
Ski Mask
A. this belongs in trainspotting. no pictures = not on the bench B. You obviously havent given this much thought. Railroads are struggling to stay in the game nowadays, with a very slim profit margin and less deciated shippers. Graffiti...so long as it doesnt interfere with operations much, is given very low priority as far as spending goes. With a few notable exceptions (high profile equipment, etc.) most companies are just ignoring it... besides...the sheer logistics of millions of cars being buffed in thousands of yards all across the continent is just absurd....its not happening anytime soon.
