KM4RT
Maybe a dumb question....but are there bike regulations for cyclocross, to prevent bikes like that ^^ being used? I'd guess a mtb bike would have advantages on certain courses.

rubbish heap two
Maybe a dumb question....but are there bike regulations for cyclocross, to prevent bikes like that ^^ being used? I'd guess a mtb bike would have advantages on certain courses. That bike would have zero advantage on account of having slick tires and having unnecessary suspension (adding to way more weight) for most courses. No restrictions at most local levels, but at the UCI pro level there are a lot of stringent requirements for what you can and can't race. rubbish heap two
For sure. When I used to skate, couldn't stand anything more than a BMX in the park. As I understood it some dudes bring their fixed gears to the park now... would love to see what the outcome would be of a fixed crew trying to ride Burnside on a good weekend day. dowmagik
there would be a handful of people drinking at The Tube in wheelchairs

dowmagik
i dont really think there is any "direction" in any sport, just do what you do and have fun. fuck what anybody else is doing.
