Is that in a former Soviet city? Think I've read about it before.

Awesome design, would be happy to have a holiday appartment like that on the coast or in a cool city somehwere.

Nope, China.

Pretty rad imo

No shit?! China is not known for interesting architecture from around 1900 - 1990. Had some Germans complaining to me in the late 2000s how they would enter design competitions for stadiums/buildings/etc. where they would lose the competition but come back a few years later to find their design built by a local company. When they complain the response would be "they charged us less to build it, so you lose". The Chinese haven't really valued ideas and creativity up until the last few years (which is, funnily enough, around the same time when indigenous design with credibility starts to appear...). The most profound convo I recal was with Beijing's most prolific writer when he was seen directly biting other people's styles. When confronted about it his response was "Yes, but I do it better than them", and he truly thought that was a valid response.

But I digress, this is Japan's uncircumsised penis train:

Something you might be surprised by is the Ancap position on IP, which pretty much doesn't acknowledge intellectual property as property. Anything that can be copied is fair game, so long as that copy isn't presented to a consumer as a counterfeit. It took me years, and some extensive reading to accept this approach to IP as valid.
