Here is a little topic where you can post little interesting glitches, secerts etc about computer operating systems, applications etc.

 

1.Here is one that was brought to my attention today:

In MS Word type out NYC in any font at any size....perferable large.

then....change the font to webdings. It should look like this:

looks like "I love NYC".

 

now....change the font again to wingdings and it should look like this:

http://www.yourphotos.com:80/users/3697/nyc02.gif'>

...something along the lines of poisoning jews is cool??

 

2.In windows,...change the screen saver to 3D text and type in the word "volcano" as your screen saver text.

when you type in volcano as your 3D screen saver text,...your screen saver will have names of volcano's. The text flies back and forth and the names change as they fade away

maybe it's because I have Win2k.

quark express has a cool easter egg, of an alien comming out of the side of the screen, and nuking an object in yourlayout to delete it, however i dont rember the correct combo of keys to get it to do it. photoshop has a few as well, can anyone say electric cat?
