Posted March 16, 200421 yr So I wen't to Charleston, SC with my (now ex) girlfriend this past week.. here are some unprofessional pics I took. These won't come anywhere close to the pics some of you other guys take on your vacations, but I figured I'd put them in anyway. I really slacked when it came to taking the camera out and snapping flicks. We stayed at her relative's house (free room and board!) and got to hang out on the dock (on a canal that led to the Atlantic) in the backyard. We went to two different beaches and generally just bummed around. It was great. Well, until about halfway through the week when we stopped talking, but.. no big deal, I enjoyed the trip overall. I bought an acoustic guitar at a local shop while I was there.. so that made things a bit better. The most important thing about the trip anyway was that I decided to ditch my unappreciative and self-centered gf after a year of on-and-off bullshit. Ten-hour long car trips are a good test of a close relationship. Needless to say, I learned a lot and decided to finally break myself free from the drama. Hope you enjoy. March 19, 200421 yr Originally posted by gfreshsushi those sunset pics are clean. did you rent that house, or were you staying with girl's parents? Staying at her aunt and uncle's place. They were cool folks. I even helped her uncle with some work he was doing on the one boat. Let me tell you, if I ever get a boat.. it's going to have dual 454 V8's in it like that one did :D
