porque Posted March 10, 2004 Share Posted March 10, 2004 ...every locality is different...and policies can change as the administration does...there are many places where jail time is an automatic for any graffiti charge...even when its your first...do some research of recent court records in your jurisdiction to get an idea of what they're going to try to give you... ...good luck...and whatever you do...don't roll over!...
