As long as i don't let it become part of my daily routine, then i don't really worry about it. Good work to all of those that have quit or are in the process of quitting, smoking a pack (or two if your tesser) a day is real nasty in every aspect. MrChupacabra
Yeah, i completely quit like a year and a half ago. I was out playing some frisbee golf with a couple friends, lit a smoke, said, "i'm done smoking for awhile" and threw out over half a pack. I went without smoking for close to 6 months i think. I ended up taking it back up very casually, but its nice to know that if i don't feel like smoking for a few months, its not even a struggle. FunTimePartyTeam
Yeah, Ive quit a number of times, sometimes its super easy and sometimes its hard. I always find it easiest if I have some sort of motivation, which right now I dont. Best motivation for me is a girlfriend who doesnt like me smoking, then its a breeze. FunTimePartyTeam
Hmm, I was just thinking about this and my quitting thing. I think that the really challenging one is going to be to quit drinking coffee. That'll be hard for me, but it needs to happen sometime.

RumPuncher
I was REAL drunk last night at a bar with some friends, and I felt myself cracking. Luckily I wanted to bolt before temptation got too much for me to handle. nice work tesseract! (and everyone else who's staying off the dirty darts.) mackfatsoe
Last night I couldnt sleep, and I had what addicts call a "moment of clarity." I realized that I really don't want to get cancer in my throat or lungs or mouth, and that's essentially what I'm condemning myself to by smoking a lot of menthols. I'll quit soon.
