Guest Posted May 31, 2004 Share Posted May 31, 2004 you know what the best thing about a good neighbourhood pub is.... you can walk in alone, order a pint and read the paper, some people you know will pop by, good conversation will follow, and by the end of the night the entire bar is filled with new friends. And back to the topic, Yes, pubs are great, especially when there is a game on bigscreen and its totally packed. Or even better, for warmups before games or celebrating after games.
