Hey Mods - re: stickies

yes I know this is Ch.Zero and not the feedback fourm,

but my idea really only applies to this area.

Make More Stickies please

I just think that the turn over of stickies should be much quicker.

Take for example PMB's Vacation thread. He put a heap of work into it

and it should probably be a sticky for about a week. I'm not saying that

all 'quality' threads should be stuck on top, but if someone really goes

beyond the ordaniary, it's a good way for others to notice.

The 5K treads from mamerro and pmb could have been a sticky for a few days.

J's mega awesome super thread could be stuck for a few days too.

makros actually being semi understandable was another one.

you see what I'm getting at here?

i hear ya

not a bad idea....

the general idea is that threads take care of themselves. if its worth stayin at the top, the buzz and feedback keeps it there.

if its a stupid thread, it sinks quicker then Dean's ratings.

I think this was covered with the nomination of pics of hot girls for a sticky back then, my opinion is that stickys get invisible for active users...the best way to keep a thread up and running aswell pay tribute to the maker is not leaving it drop to page 2

dude... I live in your city. hit my email.

and yes mods.... good threads do tend to stay at the top,

but there's lots of clutter and for people who only get a few

minutes to check the fourm, it might help them find the quality faster.
