one of my friends was a vegetarian for years...but finally had to start eating meat due to his extremely low levels of protein.

This isn't the first I've heard of this.

i pay extremely close attention to what i eat..

funny, i used to think everyone did that.

i was also a chef for 7 years..

i know how and what to cook.

i am a bigtime track bike rider.

it is my only transit

which means i also do all my shopping, grocery and otherwise, on the bike..my grocery store is about 2.5 miles from my house as well.

i am in really good shape, better than i've ever been..and i am stacked.

i can say confidently that i could beat 95% of women in a fight, and some men..i can lift about 200 pounds..

my man gets really freaked out when i pick him up off the floor...(this doesn't mean i'm a beast though, i think i have a really nice body)

..i eat a lot of pasta, rice, beans, and i love my nuts..haha. my vegetarian diet is not centered on vegetables.

(i ate bean and rice tacos last night)

..oh yeah, i haven't been sick in 5 years at least!

i said i wasn't a beast..

yes, i would call my body sexy and petite.

it's got plenty of curves, but i have well toned arms (reaching to paint fr8s) and a very strong stomach and back (no 6 pack of course)..butt my butt is still big ass hell.

!@#$%

gadamn! whole lotta shit I didn't know about you. any woman that rides a fixie as her only mode of transportation gets tons of respect from me.

I guess all the nutrition books I've read have been by dedicated meat eaters.

My main diet consists of tons of rice and pasta with chicken usually. I honestly can't remember the last time I had a meal that didn't have rice or pasta in it. The vegetable aspect is one of the main things that would keep me away from a strictly vegetarian diet.

Feel free to hit that little email button and send a pic.

webs...I'll give that stuff a try.
