It's not going to kill you, unless you have some sort of allergy and you shouldn't be handling chemicals at all, and its your fault if it does kill you. If you are just worried about getting the incriminating stain off of your hands... I wish I could be present for everyone that has to do this... You have to get a Synthetic pumas stone. The real thing will cut you up. They sell them in beauty supply shops, and they look like a piece of colored Styrofoam that is rough to the touch. Take that, some warm water and a gentle hand soap and you have to scratch off the top layer of skin to get DED Inside Job (all colors), or Oink, off your hands. You see, the chemicals attack anything porous, like your first layer of skin. You just gotta take it off. You wont bleed with the synthetic Pumas stone because it breaks off before your skin does. Your skin will be pink for a couple of hours, but the ink stains WILL GO AWAY. This is very helpful if you are worried about getting caught later "red handed" so to speak. Good luck people. Spirits/Thinner for Oil Based Paint. Alcohol for Alcohol based inks. The pen ink is Alcohol based. Start over again. Don't put the alcohol in with the mix you have. It shouldn't work. (Just going to pass on it, I give up) DED website sells the red but you have to order 45$. Fcuk it. Anyways I made this much ink With this many pens And about a shot of alcohol plus about a tablespoon of violet leatherdye with more alcohol and some aluminum dust. Ive got this many pens left Im going to add some gum arabic when I get it and before I use this as ink but I might be able to get either potassium permanganate or gentian violet to add later.
