When MIDAS passed away, that was the first time writers from the Bay Area showed unity. Before that happend, everybody did there own thing.

His passing brought growth to the Bay Area. Writers from that era know what I'm talking about!!

wow, nobody ever mentions Midas any more. It was really shocking to us young young kids. Our first acknowledgement of death that didn't involve grandparents and goldfish. I'm so glad this got posted.
