S@T@N Posted November 24, 2003 Share Posted November 24, 2003 I was just watching MSNBC live, and Muhamed was just sentenced to the death penalty on both counts (terrorism and murders) in Viginia after only 5 hours of deliberation. Three other states want a piece of him, so he's definitely gonna be killed. There IS however a large amount of questions his defense can bring up in an appeal.. there was no direct evidence that he pulled the trigger. Make them think that they won the trial and just let em back out into society. Then 2 weeks later while they are buying milk from the store have some one snipe em from the produce section. Now that's justice. edit- yeah its only gonna be about 20 cents a bullet. Why the hell does it cost so much to kill these bastards? I would do it for $50,000 close range, no questions asked. There IS however a large amount of questions his defense can bring up in an appeal.. there was no direct evidence that he pulled the trigger. ..on friday they told the judge they did not think they would be able to agree.. yes, he is definitely gonna be killed. if you lived in the area during that time, you know that it truly was a reign of terror. people were scared to leave their homes. it was terrorism in its purest form..not even a political cause.. he clearly is guilty. in his opening statemwent, which he himself provided, he admitted to being at the scenes of the crimes (probably because he hasn't pulled the trigger, he got lee boyd malvo to do it, which still makes him guilty)..as well as there being 3 truths; the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth.. he is clearly crazy. even if he knows right from wrong ( i believe he does) his reality is all fucked. i am not sure i agree with the death penalty, but if there are people and times where it is appropriate, this is one. they attempted to kill an 11 year old, after all. not to mention the other innocent lives they stole. And luckily for these two they're not going to be in general population. If you ask me, I'd rather be sentenced to death than a life term. Just sit my pretty ass on death row. I need hookers.
