Years ago, it seems that if you went to the yard and did a quick sloppy drippy piece that looked shabby, you got clowned, bottom line. Just when the hell did everybody decide all at once that it was OK to paint complete shit on trains? Sloppy, trendy, poorly spaced, awful color, little attention to composition, gastly SHIT. And then everyone comes on here and praises this garbage, because it has become the new "standard" of what qualifies as a burner these days. Many pieces today that are considered Burners, are yesteryears shit pieces. When people standards drop, the entire scene suffers overall, since people have no incentive to create real fucking bangers. Experienced writers are doing the future of graffiti a great diservice by doing crappy sloppy pieces with recycled letters, since they are presenting to new jacks what graffiti "is", therefore, toys come on the scene and assume, "Hey, this guy is getting props for this, thats what it takes to burn... thats what a good piece is!" Thats bullshit man. It seems a dark cloud of laziness has come over many freight writers. Ok... hahaha... these corny ass pieces with no effort were funny 3 years ago.... but this shit box trend is Not ending, and its getting to a near pathetic level. To tell you the honest truth, I could give a fuck about a writers #'s on trains. If a writer goes to a yard, and is rushing through one piece, and sacrificing quality JUST to hurry up and get to the next one, and that one is bullshit too because all hes thinking of is the 3rd, thats weak. If I catch a piece in a yard, I'm not standing in front of 800 panels... im standing in front of one... and if that one is a sloppy piece of smelly shit, then who gives a fuck if you have 800... * these are MY opinions...
