old*824 Posted November 9, 2003 Share Posted November 9, 2003 as a teenager i was prosecuted with each hit up as a count..so they came at me with a couple hundred counts and i plea bargained for 36 guiltys which was a joint suspeneded sentence of 4.5 years. they twice tried to lock me up for a while over minor probation violations. i was sentenced for almost six months jail time. and that was in the mid 90's. the nineties were no joke.
