I'm suprised no one has mentioned the Boogie Monsters in this thread. Talk about a slept on group that just faded away into nothingness but maybe it's better that way. The Underwater Album was keen but God Sound was way lacking. But if anything, the Boogie Monsters were an "intelligent" hip hop group that is sorely missed at least by yours truly.
