The Neons...shit...you couldn't give me one of those things. Of the two people that I know that have personally owned a Neon...both of them had the head gasket blow before the car was 5 years old. I hate to say it...but they're both American cars. All I have to say after driving a Subarau Impreza is...all wheel drive all the way. Its a complete trip to feel that car pushing and pulling its way around corners. Audi's don't suck either. I'm gonna have to drive the Evo and that new all wheel drive VW, although I hate the looks of the Evo. Any car can go fast in a straight line...I'm all about the curves. johnny Posted October 16, 2003 Share Posted October 16, 2003 i'm sayin man, if you guys are finally getting cars we can be racing and throwing etch at electroclash hookers. i still got spots for 100 octane with winter here, yahming. those coilovers aren't really coilovers. they won't work without shocks and i don't think they'll work on a vw. that upper strut bar looks aight but i don't know the brand. it's usually one of the last mods or bought in conjunction with a rear swaybar and dropping the ride height usually bring first. there's also a front swaybar, front lower strut mount and a rear upper strut mount. with stiffer motor mounts, new control arm bushings and all that crap above the car would actually handle pretty good. sticky tires, that's high on the list too. once you chip the car the stock tires spin in first and second. here's a dope site. i'm getting my clutch from these guys. anyway, take a look: http://www.ecstuning.com/stage/edpd/pagebu...gory=Suspension Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
