»§ÜGÅR« Posted September 26, 2003 Share Posted September 26, 2003 i give this thread the gold star for excellence. i will help you out: this is what i eat all day.. same thing usually: -two scrambled eggs w/ two warmed up tortillas for breakfast. -fish and white rice for lunch -subway or chik nuggets w/ a baked potatoe for dinner. -a snack of 94% fat free popcorn, some raisin bran crunch, or these new crispums snacks for a snack in between meals. -lots of green tea and water. BLT's are definitely favorite. dinner is usually steak, burgers, chicken, fish, pasta, chinese, spaghetti, lasanga etc. snack is usually macaroni and cheese, snickers, or yogurt. i know i know... i don't eat that healthy.
