garcia_vega Posted August 22, 2001 Share Posted August 22, 2001 always quit, never get fired. the quitter is looked at as the cool person, the rebel, who said "fuck you, i'm outta here!" whereas the fired person looks like an incompetent loser (no offense to anybody here, this is just for the sake of arguement) so, if you ever have the sense that you may be fired from a job, the best thing to do is immediately quit. you will look much cooler. then, when you're going for a new job, make up a fake job where you used to work, and leave one of your friends' cel phone numbers as the reference and say they were your manager. then have your friend tell your prosepctive new employer that you were a great worker. lying and exaggerating are the two best ways to get a good job.
