I would need 5.2 planets. This just goes to show that sooner or later,

there will be another cataclysmic loss of life for humans. Maybe a plague

or a natural disaster, but it always happens, which is why there isn't

a different species dominating the planet. Oh well, when it hits, it hits.

hey guys, have you pledged to reduce?

nope... i ranked very low in everything except food, and i really dont even eat much meat, but they said food w/ animal products, and that's pretty much every processed food... which is also bad, but, given my current income, i cant' exactly afford that $4 loaf of all natural locally baked whole wheat bread... instead it's the 80s cent loaf of white "bread".

yah, there are lots of things you can do if your poor, some of them even save you money, well, most of them, like keeping a garden, going to farmers markets, using white vinegar instead of 409, washing ziplock baggies for reuse, recycling tin cans, plastic, eating the whole bird. and there are other benefits to some of these activities, to your health, and to your quality of life that are significantly underrated. i too also eat meat with every meal, or at least every day, but i don't eat many 16oz. steaks, half chickens, what have you. i don't feel bad about buying a whole chicken and eating on it for a while: making a quart and a half of stock, a snack out of the livers and heart, and four dinners out of it. it's way better than pistol having to feed his dog with it. as far as eating organic, i maximize the nutritional benefits per buck, but i can't afford to put too much focus on the societal benefits. i try to conserve where it's practical and that is most often not with food. hey, i'm nowhere near perfect, i'm sure i could use some lessons, but i think everyone in the first world should be trying.
