Sean paul is a dancehall artist, of the jump-up variety, not a culture act, and as far as dance hall artists go hes got a lot of heat right now. He was exactly what the industry needed. He's super marketable to wide range of folks. However i think a lot of you know him from his appearance on the hip-hop scene, but the rest of have been checking him for much longer.
