The top one is good but look at your letters. Some of your letters are "curvy" while the others (just the V and the I) are straight. That bottom piece needs the same advice I stated before. Again, all your letters should match. The "O" is definelty out of place because it looks like a "throw up" type of style. It's TOO curvy. And that bottom right leg of the "H" has to go. Ummm... You should make the "V" a little longer. And the "E"... Christ... I didn't even notice it before. Heh. I thought it was an "N". Yeah, change that "E" and take out that extension on it. I think it's a squiggly arrow. I think you should stick with the top piece. I like it, it just needs a few minor adjustments.
