NOUM Posted August 31, 2003 Share Posted August 31, 2003 (LOUISVILLE, August 27th, 2003, 11:25 a.m.) -- Two teenagers are facing charges after police say they were caught spray painting a wall inside the Cochran Hill Tunnel. Officers say they saw the pair getting into a car after vandalizing the tunnel. Eighteen-year-old Christopher Bischoff and a minor were arrested. According to police, Bischoff apologized for spray painting public property. Police estimate the damage at more than $1,000.
