They should be capable of power. I've seen a couple nice German engineered cars this week. A nice darkl blue Jetta, subtle, but clean. The other was a black Audi A4 w/ gunmetal BBS-styled spoked wheels, and fogged rear lights. Very slick. Owner should black out the windows to complete the exterior. seeking Posted August 25, 2003 Share Posted August 25, 2003 johnnyhorton, what do you mean 'turbocharging' the gasoline engine? judo, what the fuck you making a getta for? one of the dopest parts about the jetta is the tougher looking front end. and now you're giving it all up? boooo. joker, haha, nice to see you upgraded and got away from that rice shit you were on before. honda's are like budweiser, but with mufflers. as far as rims go, if thats what you're looking for, go with atleast 17's if not 18's, then of course low profile tires on those. it instantly makes the car look sleeker. there are a million different rim types, but i completely trust your astetic when it comes to picking them out. a nice clean 5 star is always good, and im a fan of bmw style M3 knock off rims. real classy like. but since your getting new rims, why stop there? get a set of coilovers, which allow you to raise and lower the car...drop it two inches for summer, raise it back up for winter. with the rims you'll also want spacers, to extend the wheels out to the edge of the body. it gives it a bit wider stance, but nothing ghetto or drastic. id go wiith 8mm in front, and 15mm in back. after that you're gonna have to cop a custom grill. im a fan of the mesh badgeless, but our friend johnny is pushing the stock style, but without the badge. either is a good look. completely changes the look of the car. as will the new body kit you'll get for it im sure...new front and rear bumpers, with side skirts to further lower the car, making it look a bit tougher. finally i'd get some 'hella dark' (brand name, not slang term) tail lights and id say you're pretty much all set. well thats assuming you already have the windows tinted of course. and you really need to get it chipped. it'll knock your 180hp, up to about 218. quit a bit of extra push. haha, really though, no shame in wagons. volvo makes some super sick wagons. id considered getting the jetta wagon myself.
