Copy and paste what's below (changing the "http://www.yourhost.com/whatever.mpg" to whatever your host and file name are). YOU NEED TO ADD A < RIGHT BEFORE embed (I DIDN'T DO IT HERE BECAUSE THEN YOU WOULD JUST SEE THE VIDEO AGAIN INSTEAD OF SEEING HOW TO DO THE CODING). You can change all the paramaters as you like (such as the size, whether it loops, whether it starts playing on its own, etc).
