Part of making a country good is criticism and constant battles with the status quo. Seems to me you are in your teens and had mom and dad share too much of their view with you. If you cant share this country with people who think different, maybe you would like to find a new home ... say Germany circa 1930's .... Oh that's the thought you couldn't handle, go soak your head !! I have many friends that are currently over in the middle east, or have done countless tours of those countries and one's in similar states. Have you ever talked with someone about how many of people in places such as Iraq have appriciated what we have done for many of them, how we have impacted there lives in a positive way. I'm not saying that I agree with Bush's decision on war, or feel that there has been some un-neccessary conflict. Some of these people that call people like me close minded should try to go to some of these other countries and try and live with the freedom that we have been given, in many cases the people lack the many of the rights that we take for granted. It's likely that they could suffer a loss of a limb or removal of a tongue, or even worse their life. Do you hang out with people that you feel are bad or corrupt? I highly doubt it. So why stay in a place that you feel is "bad" or corrupt. And the talk about Germanny in the 1930's... FUCK YOU. My people, in particular, My grandfather, his brothers, sister, mother and father, where all imprisoned for something they couldn't even help for being... JEWS. Our country is a great place to live and we are lucky to have the freedoms we have, and instead of pissing and moaning about this country, count your blessings! And as far as "Being a teen, having my parents share their views with me", do the math, if my grandparents suffered the hardships of being jews in Europe during the second world war, I'm not a teenager.
