Vulcan is one of the coolest cats if you even get to exchange words that is. Very reclusive character. It was the first piece of its kind because he actually pasted these relief styraphome letters on the train. I saw it running after the TA got the styraphome shit off. I also once saw a flik of a conductor chipping part of it off so the doors would open. i think that flik was in IGT. anyone remember this....anyone? IGT WAS HIS AND PHASE 2'S GRAFF/CULTURE MAGAZINE- International Get Hip Times I STILL HAVE ALL THE ISSUES. I ONLY REMEMBER A CAR HE PUT STYROFOAM ON AND PAINTED GRAY TO LOOK LIKE BIG ROCKS.
