One_in_Ten
To those who ask, "why don't you use paint?" -- this is my first from a series of paintings that include gouache alongside the menstrual medium. Instead of mixing gouache with water, I mix it with acrylic gloss medium to get a thick malleable texture. I also mix my menstrual blood with the acrylic gloss medium to give it a glossy seal. The painting is on 20" x 16" gessoed masonite board. -V tiegs
