has anyone in the uk got advice on what is a good make of colour markers? I remember grabotism selling the tri-arts but has anyone used them? I'd buy of the net if anyone knows a good site / specific type of pen....

also d'you generally go for the real pale colours as most peoples fillin's on paper always look nicely washed out...

Uni-posca, copic, magic marker are all reputable brands. Magic marker do those decent double tip ones as well.

Crapotism are selling Touch markers at the moment, set of 60 twin tipped for 80 odd quid which is actually fucking cheap compared to most brands. They are also selling Kuretake markers which i have never heard of in my life, and their colour range seems to be pretty limited. but ive never used them so i dont know how good they are.

Most decent graphic design shops sell good marker sets but they can be expensive unless your using 5 finger discount.

I dunno if thats any use, but there we go.
