thank you for your criticism issac. i aprreciate it. Its good to hear others' point of view. when i wrote it i didnt feel as though i was being pretentious, but now i can see how it could be read that way. i wanted to put a quote that would give people an idea of what im about but i guess quoting my self seems a little dumb. oh well, it will stay for now until i find something better.

theo- are you in the services? is that how you are able to travel so much?

photo post coming soon.

Hey coach, what're you using for equipment?

i shoot with a minolta maxxum 7000. yeah, i know its old, but its what i got.

ive got the stock 50mm lens and also a 28-85mm(im pretty sure thats what it is)/macro lens

i usually shoot with kodak ultra color film unless im feeling adventurous.

aaaaand i will adjust contrast and sometimes, although i try not to, saturation in photoshop. but thats all i will touch with photoshop.

why, can you tell they were shot with a crappy camera?

I whole heartedly agree with carwreck about RAB's tree shot.

The soft tones in that photo are fucking insane.

I have my hands on a Mamiya 645 kit right now.

210mm lens, 150mm lens, 80mm lens, 55mm lens, 45mm lens, two 120 film backs, one 220 film back and one Polaroid back.

This school is great.

Hell no. If anything they look digital.
