I saw that movie two nights ago, and not having seen any of the others had no idea what to expect. After seeing the movie and being asked if it was good, i didn't overly know what to say. I will make a suggestion though, and say you might want to get a lens that also can get a bit closer. 70mm as your shortest range is starting out decently long, and i personally know i like to shoot close up shots a lot, but i guess thats a lot of personal preference. -Rage- Posted June 18, 2003 Share Posted June 18, 2003 C+A+D The Minolta is fine. I don't know what you want to use it for, but just the camera and the lens it comes with (20-80mm) is suffice. You can always try it out first with a couple rolls of color and a couple of black and white. Then get yourself the zoom lens. It's very small and light, so that's a plus. No fumbling with a heavy ass camera. It also has all the options of an older class Minolta and lots of new fancypants options. Only suggestion... Don't buy from Amazon.
