mikromoneyvkotkbgw
here we go , bands i like that you should like by default. lets kick it off with crucial unit... from their index page.. names changed to protect the posers) Date: Mon, 31 Mar 2003 11:07:30 -0800 (PST) From: Xxxxx Xxxxx <******@yahoo.com> To: unit@crucialunit.com Subject: mr. roboto show saturday I attended the show and I must say I am disappointed at the behavior during your set. You stated you wanted to make punk rock "safe" for people. Yet memembers of the audience were jumping off of various objects into the crowd with complete disregard to others safety. You could have calmed the crowd but you appeared to merely egg them on. I have no problem with pits, if you wanna beat the crap out of each other so be it. But the venue is too small for such out of control behavior. People who did not want to be involved could not easily get out of the way - especially when someone jumps at you from behind. I don't think this "I don't give a fuck about anyone else" attitude is very punk/cool. I know you can't control the audience but you certainly did not help the situation. I hope that in the future more caution is excersized. Our community should be one of safety; not of further violence. lol how can you not love this kinda shit! www.crucialunit.com for further info on shows , and this summers tour heres some mp3s http://crucialunit.com/mp3/moshzilla/01_-_..._Teabag_God.mp3 http://crucialunit.com/mp3/moshzilla/06_-_...of_Genocide.mp3 http://crucialunit.com/mp3/killed_in_actio...t_and_Click.mp3 http://crucialunit.com/mp3/premium_iced_te...cre_At_Best.mp3 http://crucialunit.com/mp3/premium_iced_te..._Circle_Pit.mp3 http://crucialunit.com/mp3/premium_iced_te...ose_Fuckers.mp3

The band is comprised of Andy and Jeremy, who bang their guitars like fuckin jackhammers (regular and bass, respectively), and Geoff on the mean skins. mikromoneyvkotkbgw
part 3 quincy punx Uh-oh. It's time to lock up your little sister, the QUINCY PUNX are back at it. These drunk punk gurus have been raising hell for ten years in an almost vain attempt to convince people that real punk rock should sound like early FEAR would have if they had been as good as PETER AND THE TEST TUBE BABIES and as cool as THE GERMS. "Nutso Smasho" features over twenty tunes of Quincy- core and an enhanced CD-Rom component that has Quincy comics, Quincy home movies, and lyrics. I don't know what is scarier... the fact that the QUINCY PUNX are on the loose again or that bastions of sewer punkdom are doing enhanced cds. Remember the days when it was miraculous to see a punk record that had a color sleeve? Well, I suppose it doesn't matter as long as the music still rips. And this does. Speed, slop, anger, humor, snottiness, and lots of aggression. Play it loud and play it often. hailing from minnisota , this is probally one of my favorite bands of all time www.recessrecords.com for info heres the mp3s http://punkv3.webjump.com/Quincy%20Punx%20...te%20Coffee.mp3 http://punkv3.webjump.com/Quincy%20Punx%20...0and%20Dumb.mp3 i hope these work , if not , let me know... up next krooked grind

mikromoneyvkotkbgw
broken hailing from the hometown of good ole dooley high , i bring you broken. probally one of the baddest bands i have seen in years BROKEN "MAD AS FUCK" CD The Connecticut kings of punk have a new release with a whole lot of new members in the band since the last time I saw / heard them. They've got somewhat of a different sound - and yet not all that different. They play a raging style of heavy punk and Jim's vocals will always be trademark. Reminiscent of 80's hardcore - he sings with a clear style so you can actually hear all the words as they roll and punch with the music - gruff and deep from the gut. I can't even make any comparisons - I mean it's just Jim Martin! The guitars have their totally raging parts and there is plenty of catchy hooks throughout. At times they rock out hard in a classic rockin' sense, while other times it's more of a rage and pummel which then breaks down into a real catchy bounce. The choruses have sing-a-longs and there is lots of Anti-Bush sentiment! Always political, always kicking ass. Just 6 songs, so it goes pretty quick- but it's damn good. Ronnie Dobbs
Impaled Northern Moon Forest impaled northern moonforest started out of boredom around 3 am one morning in early 1997. seth and josh were bored and decide to make up a stupid joke black metal band, but someone was sleeping in the other room, so josh used his acoustic guitar, and seth played "drums" on his leg and mattress. i.n.m. never really planned on doing much more than that. then, one day, there was a 3 day hardcore festival in rhode island. spazz was headlining the first day. seth and josh wanted to see spazz the night before in boston, but they were playing an a.c. show the same night. so, anyways, the promoter called seth and asked if he knew of any bands who could fill in since a lot of bands canceled. after saying no, they had a scheme, throw a band together, and have seth's little brother be in it so he could drive us there(seth & josh didn't have cars at the time). they decided to have the band, impaled northern moonforest be that band. so, after stopping at some dumb cunt's house to buy coke, they headed down to rhode island. seth's brother isn't at all interested in being in a band, so it's funny seeing how nervous he was. after all this to see spazz, josh only watched about 1 song, and seth was too busy drinking and doing coke outside the club to be bothered watching them. later that year, they did more shows (just seth & josh, seth's brother only played keyboards for one show)with the likes of anal cunt, insult, gang green,etc.. they also filled in when monstrosity showed up late for a show. at the gang green/a.c./insult show, i.n.m. sold a demo(which later turned up to be on the 7"). the song titles on the demo are completely different than the 7". seth & josh lost thier copies of the demo cover that had the original titles on it,and had to make up new ones for the 7". if anyone has a copy of this demo with a cover, please email seth. a couple people bought demos at that show. anyways, i.n.m. played a few more shows (including one with a.c./324/etc. in tokyo, japan) and broke up. there are rumors of i.n.m. doing something new eventually...... seth putnam-vocals,drums,keyboards josh martin-guitar http://www.sethputnam.com/gfx/tumb-IMPALED7''.JPG'> 2. mikromoneyvkotkbgw
black rose diary Well, it's been a while and some shows were missed so let me explain. How many of you really want to read about the awesome shows. I mean, if something quirky happens you better believe we're gonna mention it, but I'm pretty sure when you come to the diary page this is what you want to here. So the voyage started out in Jeff's driveway loading up and rockin some Andrew WK. All was going well, running a little late as usual and speeding a bit to Pittsburgh. All of a sudden people are flashing their brights at me like crazy. So of course I got out of the way and let them pass. About 12 miles or so after the whole flashing of the brights thing started we heard a rattling coming from the back of the van. I checked my side mirror and sure enough we're shooting sparks like crazy. We pulled over only to see that half of our exhaust was melted away from dragging so long. I noticed that we were close to my house so we decided to stop there to get a wire hanger. Here's the problem I recently moved into a new house and noticed that the copy of my key was not working.......what the hell? Thanks to Jon's quick thinking we were back on the road in no time. We ended up using his belt to prop up the exhaust (well what was left of it anyway) and we made it to the show, a little bit late as always. Playing was a good time for the most part except for some kind of awful feedback. Oh yeah did I mention that Jon was too exhausted to close with insulated basement. Jeff called him out and said he was being a pussy, so what could he do. We started playing it. Made it to about the first chorus and Jon vomits all over his set, which he just cleaned by the way because his cat had recently done the same. Continuing to play while puking Jon starts splashing vomit everywhere with every hit of the snare, and had to run off stage because.....well, he started puking again. Four huge piles of stomach bile spread throughout Roboto later, Josh, hopped on the pukey drums and we tried to finish the song, but some things were better left the way they were. Anyway after cleaning up Roboto it was time to go home. We weren't sure how well Jon's belt was going to hold so Jeff donated his belt to the cause as well. Yep, you guessed it, more muffler talk. The combined total of two belts later we're in cranberry (about 17 miles outside of Pittsburgh, and a hundred miles from our final destination), pulled over because the muffler melted the belts. We stopped at a convenience store and the lady watched us like she thought we were gonna rob the place. Got some food and while looking at our situation. Wouldn't you know it. A police officer pulls into the gas station. He actually ended up being pretty nice and told us we could find a Walmart down the road a bit "just look for the HUGE ASS sign." Once we found the huge ass sign we settled with some chain link dog leashes to prop up the old muffler. Drove home, went to sleep, and the night was over. anyway , heres some other shit http://play.mp3.com/cgi-bin/play/play.cgi/..._the_Jungle.mp3 http://play.mp3.com/cgi-bin/play/play.cgi/...Last_Chance.mp3 enjoy

mikromoneyvkotkbgw
Los Crudos (that spic band...) Los Crudos is a political hardcore band from Chicago. Their music is loud, fast, agressive with great messages (social, political...you get the point), and although their lyrics are in Spanish, they are considered one of the best hardcore bands in the U.S. (and the rest of the world, pal!). The band members are: Martin: vocals Jose: guitar Juan: bass Ebro: drums Unfortunately, after almost 6 years the band broke up. They have performed and spread their message throughout North and South America, Europe and Japan. I hope this small website can do justice to all the hard work and effort by Los Crudos. http://www.rockeros.com/crudos/ heres some music.... http://rockeros.com/crudos/mp3/Crudos%20-%...With%20Spitboy/(Los%20Crudos)-05-La%20Caida%20De%20Latino%20America.mp3 http://rockeros.com/crudos/mp3/Crudos%20-%...With%20Spitboy/(Los%20Crudos)-07-No%20Me%20Vengan%20A%20Salvar.mp3
